Using upcycled materials, Julie breathes new life into the forgotten, crafting a world that feels like a warm hug from a cosmic teddy bear.

Cristian Quirivan

Cristian Quirivan is a Chilean multi-instrumentalist performing Andean music in the Annapolis Valley since 2018. He plays South American instruments like the Quena, Zamponas, and Charango, showcasing styles from Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia, and Chile.

Margo Belliveau

Margo Belliveau, a Veteran with a bachelor’s in Recreology Studies, values connection to play and childlike wonder. She aims to create interactive sensory art for all ages to help heal society's need for play. When she's not playing and creating with slinkies, she enjoys making driftwood art.

Troy Benoit is a self-taught multimedia artist based in Mi’kma’ki, rural Nova Scotia. Inspired by nature and its creatures, he blends these elements into folk spirit art that feels both familiar and otherworldly. Troy currently focuses on silkscreen creations and handpoke tattoos.

PŪRYA crafts mystical sonic journeys that evoke prayer, presence, and pleasure, guiding the body in wild and gentle expression. She creates ritual soundscapes for deep divers, echoing ancient remembrance and sacred beauty. PŪRYA curates temple spaces that invite the soul into ecstatic states of trance and dance, leading to deep embodiment.

Ashley Power creates vibrant, handmade glow-in-the-dark accessories. Her work is eye-catching and brings a sense of play to any dance floor.

Kiara Ra

Kiara Ra

Kiara Ra channels lyrical Soul Songs and practices transcendence through sound and music, acting as a conduit of healing energy and soul activation. Using Crystal Singing Bowls, her voice, and classical guitar, she creates serene, angelic vibrations. In a channeling state, Kiara harmonizes with the group's consciousness, facilitating intuitive lyrical flows.

Dawn Shepherd

Dawn Shepherd

Dawn Shepherd is a multi-disciplinary aerialist and former elite trainer at the École nationale du cirque de Montréal. A dancer, rigger, producer, actor, director, and choreographer, she brings her diverse talents to Breaking Circus. Dawn has produced the documentary Artist in the Black and recently danced in the upcoming streaming series Washington Black.

Ryan is an accomplished drummer, percussionist, composer, music director and contemporary circus artist.

Coco Harris (she/they) is dedicated to nourishing the body and heart through plant-based cooking, intuitive herbalism, and community care. Specializing in unique herbal-infused offerings and self-care products, Coco creates everything from divine chocolate truffles to refreshing elixirs, all rooted in holistic, heart-centered wellness and the transformative magic of plants. 🌿

Djugdjug Ensemble

Djugdjug Ensemble

Djugdjug Ensemble offers workshops, performances, and a community space focused on West-African drumming, dance, percussion, and drum maintenance. Open to all, no experience needed. Weekly sessions and the monthly "Drop in and Drum!" are available, along with additional classes and resources.

Moraleja, from the Dominican Republic, is a DJ and musical storyteller. Inspired by community dance, he creates immersive sets that invite emotional release and connection. His music weaves narratives that explore devotion, ecstatic release, and hidden emotions, transforming the dance floor into a soulful sanctuary.

Natalie has been a beacon in the Kirtan community since 2014, sharing the ancient yogic practice with heart and soul. She believes in the transformative power of sharing voices, creating a communal space where everyone can connect and heal.

Wuzzô is a singer-songwriter, children’s playwright, and multi-instrumentalist from a small Acadian village in rural Nova Scotia. Inspired by her connections with herself, others, and the world, she uses music as a tool for self-discovery. Wuzzô’s evocative lyrics and enchanting melodies invite listeners to explore their own emotions, creating a space for healing and transformation.

DJ and producer Hierophunk evokes deep sacral energy with her music, encouraging you to get down, offering loving narratives to your subconscious, and inspiring you to breathe.

As the founder and creative force behind Coastal Vibe Collective, Nic Tufts brings a deep well of experience, creativity, and vision to her role. With a strong foundation in directing dynamic, award-winning ventures such as Vandal Doughnuts and RIOT Snack Bar, Nic’s journey has been about building community through unique, transformative experiences. Her innovative work has gained national recognition in outlets like Chatelaine Magazine, Huffington Post, Baker’s Magazine, The Globe and Mail, and on Global News and CTV Atlantic.

Among her achievements, Nic’s projects have received Silver for "Best New Business of the Year" in 2018 by the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, as well as Gold awards for "Best Business" and "Best Bakery" from The Coast. Now, at Coastal Vibe Collective, Nic continues to push creative boundaries, bringing artists, entrepreneurs, and communities together to cultivate unforgettable cultural events that resonate with purpose and soul. Our collective proudly partners with creators across diverse backgrounds to foster connection and expression.
